Packages Limited to Consider Annual Financial Statements in Upcoming Board Meeting

Lahore, Packages Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, 26 March 2024, both in Lahore and via Zoom. The meeting’s agenda includes the consideration of the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, with the possibility of declaring any entitlements based on the year’s performance.

In compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book, specifically Clause 5.6.4, Packages Limited has also declared a “Closed Period” from 20 March 2024 to 26 March 2024. During this period, Directors, the CEO, and Executives are prohibited from buying or selling the company’s shares, directly or indirectly, until the financial results are publicly disclosed following the board meeting.

Stakeholders, including TRE Certificate Holders, have been advised of these developments as required.
