For the year 2023, the company announced a 35% interim dividend, alongside a substantial 95% bonus. The reported daily weighted average rate stood at 7.98 Rs., with today’s rate at 7.80 Rs. The firm’s paid-up capital is noted at 494.71 million Rs., maintaining a consistent par value of 10 Rs. across a market lot of 500 shares. Since its listing in 1996, Pak-Gulf Leasing Company has not specified any dividend or bonus for the year 2022 while providing substantial returns to its investors in the subsequent year.
