Islamabad, A meeting of the Board of Directors for Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited has been scheduled to take place virtually on April 30, 2024. The main agenda for this meeting will be to review and approve the company’s financial statements for the quarter ending March 31, 2024. The board will also consider other matters and potentially declare entitlements.

The company has announced a “Closed Period” from April 23, 2024, to April 30, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations.
