Pakistan Ambassador and US Congressman Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations and Security

Washington DC, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Masood Khan, met with US Congressman Jack Bergman to discuss various strategic interests, including defence, security, and bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting between Ambassador Khan and Congressman Bergman, who serves on the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, the House Armed Services Committee, and the House Budget Committee, was focused on enhancing Pak-US relations. The discussions aimed to deepen cooperation in defense and security, trade and investment, education, parliamentary exchanges, and diaspora linkages.

The dialogue also covered broader issues of global and regional security, underscoring the significance of ongoing communication and collaboration between Pakistan and the United States in addressing these challenges.
