Pakistan and EIAS Commit to Enhancing EU-Asia Relations

Islamabad, In a recent meeting held in Brussels, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belgium, Amna Baloch, and CEO of the European Institute for Asian Studies (EIAS), Axel Goethals, discussed the dynamics of EU-Asia relations and agreed to explore pathways for future engagement between Pakistan and the EU.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the discussion between Ambassador Baloch and CEO Goethals focused on strengthening the relationship between Europe and Asia, with a particular emphasis on the role that Pakistan can play in this context. The dialogue highlighted the mutual interest in fostering deeper ties and collaboration between the two regions.

The commitment to identifying and pursuing new opportunities for cooperation underlines the strategic importance of Pakistan in the EU-Asia relationship and sets the stage for potential future initiatives that could benefit both regions.
