Pakistan Broadcasters Association Acknowledges Payment of Media Dues by Government

Islamabad, The Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA) has expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Minister for Information Ataullah Tarar, and his team for resolving the outstanding electronic media dues from the last two years. This resolution will enable PBA members to address some of their financial liabilities, including the prioritization of workers’ salaries.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the PBA released a statement acknowledging the efforts of Minister Ataullah Tarar in facilitating the payment of these dues. This financial clearance is seen as a significant step in supporting the stability and operational continuity of the electronic media sector in Pakistan.
