Pakistan committed to transform region into pivot of growth: Chairman Senate

Chairman Senate Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani has stressed on a favorable environment for shared prosperity in the region.

Addressing a conference at a private university in Lahore, he said Pakistan is committed to regional cooperation, peace building efforts, and transforming the complex region into a pivot of growth through collaborative endeavors.

Yusuf Raza Gilani said Pakistan initiated peace talks between Taliban and United States and our first priority is peace and prosperity in the region.

He termed China Pakistan Economic Corridor as a flagship and game changer project.
