Karachi, August 23, 2012 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company in their Meeting held on Thursday, 23rd of August 2012 at 10:00 at the Company premises, B-19/A, Irshad Qadri Road, SITE., Karachi recommended the following.
