Pakistan National Shipping Corporation Announces Board Meeting in Karachi

Karachi, Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) has scheduled an urgent board meeting to take place on May 6, 2024, in Karachi. The agenda of this meeting includes various miscellaneous topics that require the attention of the board members.

Additionally, PNSC has announced a “Closed Period” from May 1, 2024, to May 6, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Members of the Exchange have been duly informed regarding these developments.
