Karachi, An emergent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation is scheduled for Friday, April 5, 2024, in Karachi, to address various items on the agenda. The corporation has also announced a “Closed Period” from April 3, 2024, to April 5, 2024, in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Rule book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the corporation’s shares directly or indirectly. Members of the Exchange have been advised of these developments.
