Pakistan Navy and ANF Seize Methamphetamine Worth Millions in Gwadar

Karachi, In a significant anti-narcotics operation, the Pakistan Navy and the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) seized 150 kilograms of Methamphetamine, also known as ICE, in Shinkani Dar area near Gwadar’s coastline. This operation marks the third successful joint effort between the two entities within a month, targeting illicit drug trafficking.

According to Pakistan Navy, the narcotics were discovered hidden in a house near the coast, with plans to smuggle them into the international market via sea. The street value of the seized drugs is estimated at approximately US $47.83 million (PKR 13.29 billion).

This operation is part of a series of efforts by the Pakistan Navy and ANF, demonstrating their steadfast commitment to preventing the misuse of Pakistan’s maritime zones for illegal activities. The Pakistan Navy, along with other law enforcement agencies, continues to emphasize its role in ensuring lawful maritime order and combating drug trafficking to maintain national and regional security.
