Pakistan Reaffirms Support for Azerbaijan’s Territorial Integrity, CEC Sikandar Sultan Raja Visits Baku

Baku: During a meeting at the Central Election Commission in Baku, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) of Pakistan, Sikandar Sultan Raja, reaffirmed Pakistan’s support for Azerbaijan regarding regional integrity issues.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the discussion took place with Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan. CEC Raja, who is currently in Baku serving as an election observer, commended Azerbaijan on its electoral preparations. The visit by Pakistan’s CEC comes at the special invitation of Panahov to observe the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan.
