Pakistan Refinery Limited’s change in books closure period for PRL annual general meeting

Karachi: As mentioned in our Notice of AGM, copy sent through letter No. FIN/CS/2012/044 dated September 29, 2011, the date of PRL Annual General Meeting has been changed from October 24, 2011 to October 26, 2011 (revised approval for holding AGM has already been obtained).

Accordingly, the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday October 20, 2011 to Wednesday October 26. 2011 (both days inclusive) when no application for transfer of Shares will be accepted.
