Pakistan Stock Exchange CEO Resigns

Karachi: Mr. Farrukh H Khan has officially resigned from his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

Mr. Khan has decided to step down in order to pursue other professional opportunities. His resignation was submitted recently, prompting the Board to schedule an emergent meeting to discuss the matter on July 5, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Board’s meeting is aimed at deliberating on the resignation of Mr. Khan and planning the next steps for the leadership of the exchange. Any decisions or subsequent announcements regarding this transition will be made public following the meeting.
