Karachi, Pakistan Synthetics Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 29, 2024, at 16:00 in Karachi. The agenda includes the consideration of the Quarterly Accounts for the period that ended on March 31, 2024, and the declaration of any entitlements.

In compliance with PSX Regulations 5.6.1(d), the company has announced a Closed Period from April 22 to April 29, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to directly or indirectly deal in the company’s shares.
