Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited Reschedules AGM and Book Closure Dates

Islamabad, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has announced a rescheduling of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the closure of its Share Transfer Books, following the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s (SECP) approval for an extension. The twenty-ninth AGM will now be held on May 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., moved from the previously scheduled date of April 29, 2024.
