Karachi, A meeting of the Board of Directors of Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) is scheduled for Friday, April 26, 2024, in Karachi where they will review the Third Quarterly Accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024.
The corporation has announced a “Closed Period” from April 20 to April 26, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive may deal in the corporation’s shares. This restriction is in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
