Pakistan and Turkiye have agreed to revive the Pak-Turk Mobility grant Program for exchange of teachers and academia between the two countries.
The understanding was reached during meeting of a Turkish delegation led by Ambassador of Türkiye to Pakistan Mehmet Paçaci with Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Madad Ali Sindhi in Islamabad today.
The two sides discussed exchange of expertise regarding Vocational and Technical Training.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said Quaid-e-Azam University and other universities will offer research fellowships to professors of Turkish Universities to conduct researches on topics of mutual interest.
The Turk Ambassador said People of Türkiye have deep affiliation with Pakistan and cooperation between educational institutes will take the bilateral ties to new heights.
He briefed the minister about the multiple ongoing projects by the Government of Türkiye under Turkish cooperation and coordination Agency (TIKA).
