Pakistani Envoy Awards Hilal-i-Quaid-i-Azam Medal to IDB Chairman in Jeddah

Jeddah, In a significant ceremonial gesture, Ahmad Farooq, the Ambassador of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia, presented the ‘Hilal-i-Quaid-i-Azam’ medal to Dr. Muhammad Al-Jasser, the Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank Group. The event recognized Dr. Al-Jasser’s contributions to strengthening bilateral relations and his services to Pakistan.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the ceremony, which took place in Jeddah, was attended by dignitaries from Pakistan’s missions in Saudi Arabia and representatives to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. The ‘Hilal-i-Quaid-i-Azam’ medal, one of Pakistan’s highest civil honors, is awarded to foreign nationals who have provided eminent services to Pakistan or have shown special merit in their fields.
