Pakistan’s Top Military Official Discusses Defence Cooperation with UK Counterparts

London: General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of Pakistan, during his official visit to the United Kingdom, engaged in strategic discussions with Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, Chief of Defence Staff, and General Sir Roland Walker, Chief of General Staff.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the meetings focused on mutual interests, enhancing bilateral defence and security cooperation, counter-terrorism efforts, and the current regional situation. The British military leadership commended the professionalism of the Pakistan Armed Forces and acknowledged their crucial role and sacrifices in combating terrorism.
