Karachi, June 12, 2023 (PPI-OT): Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori has said that energy problems must be solved to improve the Pakistani economy and provide necessary relief to the people. puts a heavy burden on the economy but also harms the environment, so it is important to increase reliance on alternative and renewable sources of energy in Pakistan.
He expressed these views while participating in a seminar on energy and environment. Kamran Khan Tesuri said that wind, solar and hydropower resources can play an important role in the production of electricity. He said that large-scale alternative energy projects are also necessary to overcome the energy crisis in Pakistan in the shortest possible time. Distribution companies, especially K Electric, improve the power supply system for their customers, as power crisis results in serious law and order situation. Kamran Khan Tesuri said that the energy related institutions in Sindh should serve the public with maximum efficiency so that the electricity consumers can benefit.
