Pishin Levies Expedite Case Resolutions Under New Directive

Pishin: In a significant move to streamline law enforcement processes, Deputy Commissioner Pishin Captain Retired Juma Dad Khan Mandukhel has issued directives to enhance the efficiency of crime investigations and case resolutions within the district.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during a key meeting in his office, attended by Commissioner Harmzai and the District Public Prosecutor, Deputy Commissioner Mandukhel outlined new operational protocols for Levies teams. These include the appointment of Assistant Commissioners to oversee the Investigation Wing at the sub-divisional level and orders for Investigation Officers and SHOs at all Levies Police Stations to expedite the submission of challans for pending court cases.

Emphasizing the urgency of these measures, he noted that delays would be met with strict departmental actions. The initiatives aim to boost the arrest rates of criminals, particularly those involved in serious offenses, using modern investigative techniques and closer coordination with the prosecution department to ensure swift and effective legal proceedings.
