PM directives facilitate quick return of Pakistani pilgrims stranded in Iraq

Following the instructions from Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, timely and effective action has been taken to facilitate the return of Pakistani pilgrims, who were stranded in Iraq.

The pilgrims have now safely arrived in Pakistan aboard two flights operated by Iraqi Airline.

In accordance with the Prime Minister’s instructions, relevant authorities were mobilized to ensure the prompt repatriation of the Pakistani nationals.

Pakistan’s Ambassador to Iraq acted swiftly, coordinating with Iraqi officials and airline representatives to resolve the matter without any delay.

Additionally, in line with the Prime Minister’s guidance, necessary arrangements were made to provide food and other essential services to the stranded pilgrims in Iraq.
