PM Sharif Urges UN Intervention in Palestine, Condemns Israeli Actions in Gaza

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has issued a strong condemnation of the recent Israeli military actions in the Khan Younis area of Gaza, labeling them an affront to humanity and indicative of a genocidal agenda against the Palestinian people. He emphasized Pakistan’s solidarity with Palestine and called for immediate United Nations involvement to address the crisis.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in his statement, Sharif detailed the severe circumstances faced by Palestinian refugees, who he noted were not given the opportunity to evacuate before the attacks. He stressed that the actions of the Israeli forces are clear indications of a genocidal policy, which must be addressed internationally.

Sharif reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for Palestine and urged the United Nations to take an active role in resolving the ongoing conflict, emphasizing the need for a peaceful and just solution to ensure the safety and rights of Palestinian people.
