PPI Original Text (PPI-OT) – Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, June 04, 2012 (PPI-OT): We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 10:00 hours at Saudi Pak Tower 61-A, Jinnah, Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad to consider operational matters of the Company.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from June 04, 2012 to June 11, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of’ Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director; CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
