Karachi, Premier Insurance Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 30, 2024, in Karachi. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the quarter ending March 31, 2024. In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 (d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rules Book, a closed period from April 23, 2024, to April 30, 2024, has been announced. During this period, Directors, the CEO, and Executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly. The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been notified as required.
