Premier Insurance Limited Approves 2023 Financial Statements and Appoints New Auditors

Karachi, Premier Insurance Limited held its Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024, at its registered office in Karachi where key financial decisions were made. Members received, considered, and adopted the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. The resolutions approved included the Chairman’s Review, Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports.

Additionally, the meeting resolved to appoint M/s BDO Ebrahim & Company as the company’s auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The Board of Directors was authorized to fix their remuneration.
