Islamabad, The Premier Sugar Mills has received an extension from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for conducting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) related to the year ending September 30, 2023. This extension, issued on February 27, 2024, provides the company with additional time to organize and execute its annual review. The Premier Sugar Mills has yet to comment on the factors contributing to the need for an extension.
