President and Prime Minister Praise Security Forces for Anti-Terror Operation

Dera Ismail Khan:President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have commended the security forces for their successful intelligence-based operation against terrorists in Dera Ismail Khan.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders praised the personnel for their timely and effective action, which led to the seizure of a large cache of arms and ammunition and the neutralization of eight terrorists associated with Fitna Al-Khawarij.

They affirmed that operations against Fitna Al-Khawarij will persist under Vision Azm-e-Istehkam until terrorism is fully eradicated. President Zardari emphasized that the malicious plans of terrorists, who operate with both foreign backing and local support, will not be permitted to succeed.

Prime Minister Sharif expressed that the Pakistani nation supports the security forces in their fight against terrorism.
