President Zardari to Address Joint Session of Pakistan Parliament on April 16

Islamabad, President Asif Ali Zardari is scheduled to address a joint session of Pakistan’s Parliament on April 16 at 4:00 pm. This session marks the commencement of the new parliamentary year, aligning with constitutional mandates following the recent general elections.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the President’s summoning of this joint session is in accordance with Articles 54 (1) and 56 (3) of the Constitution.
