Punjab Govt decides to introduce plastic roads

The Punjab government has decided to introduce plastic roads in the province.

Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has asked for a plan for completion of 107 inter-district road construction projects in three months.

He instructed to ensure transparency and high quality in construction work of road projects.

The CM said contracts for all road construction projects in Punjab are being awarded through e-tendering.

Mohsin Naqvi said 137 projects for rehabilitation of 2600 km long roads are under completion across Punjab.
