Punjab Police Make Significant Progress in Kacha Machka Operation with Four Criminals Neutralized

Lahore, In a continued crackdown on criminal activities in the Kacha Machka area of Rahim Yar Khan, the Punjab Police have reported further successes, including the elimination of a notorious criminal, bringing the total number of criminals neutralized in recent operations to four.

According to Punjab Police, the operation resulted in the death of Farooq Shar, marking a significant step in the police’s efforts to dismantle the Shar gang. This follows the prior action where three other gang members, Alam Shar, Nazir Shar, and Hakim Shar, were killed, and seven were seriously injured. DPO Rahim Yar Khan Rizwan Gondal highlighted the intensified operations using armored vehicles, heavy weaponry, and modern technology, which have visibly impacted the gang’s hideouts as observed in drone surveillance footage.
