Unit Holders of Reliance Income Fund (RIF) managed by Reliance Investments Limited are hereby informed that the Register of the Unit Holders of RIF will remain closed from 1st July, 2011 to 7th July, 2011 (both days inclusive), for determining the entitlement of annual distribution, if any, approved by the Board of Directors of Reliance Investments Limited. During this period there will be no transaction in Units.
Unit Holders whose names appear in the Register of RIF as at the close of business on 30th June, 2011 will be entitled for distribution, (if any), as approved by the Board of Directors.
