Repatriation of Illegal Foreign Nationals Proceeds

Islamabad, The ongoing process of repatriating illegal foreign nationals, including a significant number of Afghans, is being conducted with a focus on safety and dignity.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, recent figures reveal that over the past two weeks, 7,186 Afghan nationals have been repatriated to their homeland, contributing to a total of 520,692 individuals returned to Afghanistan to date. This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to resolving issues related to illegal residency while ensuring that the repatriation process upholds the human rights and dignity of all individuals involved.

The effort is part of a broader policy to manage and regulate the presence of foreign nationals, ensuring compliance with national laws and international norms.
