Karachi, HBL Asset Management Limited, the management company of HBL Growth Fund – Class “A” (HGFA), has announced revised dates for the book closure period following a notification from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regarding an inadvertent error in the ex-price of HGFA.
Due to a misunderstanding regarding the start of the book closure period, the ex-price of HGFA was initially set as July 04, 2023, instead of July 05, 2023, assuming that the closure would commence on July 06, 2023. To rectify this oversight and in line with the advice received from the PSX, HBL Asset Management Limited has revised the book closure dates for HBL Growth Fund – Class “A.”
The register of unit holders for HBL Growth Fund – Class “A” will now be closed from July 06, 2023, to July 12, 2023, inclusive of both days. This adjustment ensures that the book closure period aligns with the intended timeline and allows for proper processing and recordkeeping.
Unit holders whose names are listed in the register at the close of business on July 05, 2023, will be eligible for the interim distribution associated with HBL Growth Fund – Class “A.” The revised book closure dates ensure that all eligible unit holders are duly recognized and included in the distribution process.
