Karachi, Roshan Packages Ltd. (RPL) has announced its first distribution since its listing. The company, with today’s rate at Rs. 15.02 and a daily weighted average rate of Rs. 15.13, has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1,419.00 million. No distributions were declared for 2021 or 2022, but a 10% distribution is projected for the year ending June 2023. The shares have a par value of Rs. 10, with a market lot of 500 units. The company was listed in 2017, and the last book closure was on 20/10. The high and low rates for 2023 were Rs. 15.85 and Rs. 8.62, respectively, leading to a turnover of 126,409,000. The EPS for 2021/2022 stood at Rs. 2.44.
