Saif Textile Mills Limited Reappoints Leadership Team

Islamabad, Saif Textile Mills Limited has officially announced the reappointment of its leadership team following the election of directors on March 31, 2024. The company’s Board of Directors, through a circular resolution dated April 1, 2024, confirmed Mr. Osman Saifullah Khan will continue as Chairman of the Board. Concurrently, Mr. Sohail Hussain Hydari has been reappointed as Chief Executive. Both appointments are effective from April 1, 2024, and will span a term of three years. The Pakistan Stock Exchange and TRE Certificate Holders have been duly informed of these developments.
