Sanofi-aventis Pakistan Limited’s dispatch of final dividend warrants to shareholders without printing of CNIC # on the dividend warrants-year ended December 31, 2012

Karachi, June 04, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is with reference to our letter dated May 21, 2013 regarding despatch of final dividend warrants to shareholders, whose CNIC # were available with the Company, @ Rs. 12.50 per share (i.e. 125%) out of profits for the year ended December 31, 2012.

This is to inform you that, in line with the instructions received from SECP, vide their letter No.EMD/233/657/2002-3410 dated May 30, 2013 we have also dispatched dividend warrants referred to above to all those shareholders whose CNIC # were not available in the Company’s record.
