Karachi, June 28, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that Mr. Muhammad Ali Siddiqui Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary is no longer with our Company with effect from June 30, 2013 and Ms. Iqra Sajjad will takeover the charges as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in his place subject to approval of the Board of Directors.
