Sazgar Engineering Works Limited Announces Revised Book Closure Dates to Pakistan Stock Exchange

Lahore, In a recent update to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Sazgar Engineering Works Limited has officially revised its book closure dates. In accordance with clause 5.5.11 (a) of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the company has modified the period during which its Share Transfer Books will be closed.

The closure will now take place from May 1, 2024, to May 3, 2024, inclusive of both days. Share transfers received at the company’s share registrar, M/s Corp Tec Associates (Pvt.) Ltd., located at 503 — E, Johar Town, Lahore by the close of business on April 30, 2024, will be processed in time for eligibility for the interim dividend.

The company has issued this notification to inform all shareholders and certificate holders of the exchange regarding these changes.
