Security Forces Neutralize Seven Terrorists in North Waziristan


North Waziristan, In a decisive border security operation today, Pakistani security forces killed seven terrorists attempting to cross the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. The engagement prevented the infiltrators from entering the country.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the movement of the terrorists was detected early in the region of North Waziristan. The forces surrounded the group, resulting in a vigorous exchange of fire, which concluded with all seven terrorists being neutralized. A significant cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives was recovered from the scene, underscoring the threat posed by the group.



The operation comes amid calls from Pakistan for the Interim Afghan Government to enhance border management to prevent such infiltrations. Pakistan has emphasized the necessity for Afghanistan to prevent its soil from being used as a base for terrorist activities targeting Pakistan. The successful operation reflects the commitment and readiness of Pakistani forces to secure the country’s borders and combat terrorism.
