Senate Elections 2024 in Pakistan: Final Phase Set for April 2

Islamabad, The Election Commission of Pakistan has announced that the final phase of the Senate elections for 2024 is scheduled for April 2, with 30 seats up for grabs. This follows the unopposed election of 18 candidates, streamlining the process for the remaining seats across various categories and provinces.

According to Election Commission of Pakistan, the election will encompass a variety of seats, including general, women, technocrat/ulama, and non-Muslim quotas, with 59 candidates contesting. The detailed distribution covers the Federal Capital, Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, highlighting a comprehensive representation from across the country.

Preparations for the upcoming elections are complete, with ballot papers printed and election materials delivered, ensuring a smooth execution of the voting process.
