Service Industries Textiles Limited’s board of directors meeting to consider financial statements for the year ended June 30th June, 2012

Karachi, October 3, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors Service Industries Textiles Limited (SERT) will be held on 10th October 2012 at 10:30 hours at the Registered Office 38-Empress Road, Lahore to receive, consider and approve the Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30th 2012.

The Board intends to call the 51st Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company on October 31st 2012 and approval of the date is hereby requested.

We have also cautioned all the directors and senior executives of the Company not to deal in any manner in the shares of the Company during the Closed Period i.e. from 24th October, 2012 to 31st October) 2012 (both days inclusive).
