Shaheen Insurance Company Limited Announces Re-Appointment of Chairman of the Board and Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Karachi, In compliance with the rules and regulations of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, Shaheen Insurance Company Limited has made an important announcement regarding the leadership of the company. The Board of Directors has re-appointed Air Marshal Muhammad Arif Pervaiz (Retd.) as the Chairman of the Board for a term of three years, effective from June 11, 2023.

In addition to the appointment of the Chairman, Shaheen Insurance Company Limited has also announced the appointment of Mr. Rizwan Akhtar as the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Akhtar will assume the role for a term of three years, starting from June 11, 2023.
