Karachi, Shakarganj Limited has been granted an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company, which had its financial year ending on September 30, 2023, is now scheduled to hold its AGM by February 27, 2024. This extension allows Shakarganj Limited additional time to prepare and finalize its annual reports and accounts.
