According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the founder and Chairman of Transsion Holdings, Zhu Zhaojiang, expressed his company’s keen interest in increasing its investments in Pakistan. The Prime Minister directed federal ministers and Pakistan’s Ambassador to China to collaborate with Transsion Holdings to strategize future expansions. Emphasizing the government’s commitment to facilitating foreign investors, Sharif invited the company to enhance its manufacturing operations within Pakistan for local and international markets. He highlighted Pakistan’s rich resources and significant young workforce as critical assets. Zhu noted that Transsion Holdings has already established a production unit in Pakistan, employing over five thousand locals and expressed intentions to boost mobile phone exports from Pakistan.
