SIFC Boosts Support for Pakistani Auto Industry, Facilitates Exports

Islamabad: The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has confirmed its ongoing support for the automotive sector, leading to significant strides in vehicle exports by Pak Suzuki to Bangladesh and Afghanistan.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, this initiative has been marked by notable achievements including the commencement of vehicle exports by Pak Suzuki, as highlighted by CEO Hiroshi Kawamura. He emphasized that this development underscores the international competitiveness and quality of Pakistani-manufactured vehicles.

The Minister for Industries & Production, Rana Tanveer Hussain, also inaugurated a new Suzuki Vendor Cluster Area, aimed at expanding Pak Suzuki’s network of local suppliers. This effort is intended to enhance efficiency and reduce costs by optimizing localized supply chain management.
