Karachi: This is to inform you that with effect from February 01, 2012, Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) has been appointed by us as Share Registrar/Transfer Agent of the Bank in place of THK Associates (Private) Limited to deal with matters relating to ordinary shares as well as term finance certificates.
