Lahore, Stylers International Limited has announced that its 2nd Board of Directors meeting is set to take place on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, in Lahore. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial statements for the third quarter, which ended on March 31, 2024.
In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulation, the company has also declared a “Closed Period” from April 24, 2024, to April 30, 2025. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to deal in the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.
