Sui Southern Gas Company Limited Seeks Extension for Election of Directors, New Date Set for July 26, 2023

Karachi, In response to Sui Southern Gas Company Limited’s request for an extension of 180 days for the Election of Directors, the company has been advised to hold the election on July 26, 2023. The company has also resubmitted its request to the Corporate Restructuring and Oversight (CRO) division of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for a further extension of 180 days, aiming to hold the election of directors until October 23, 2023.
